Job Title: Business Analyst - Core Banking (Temenos Transact)

Contract Type: 12 months

Location: Singapore, Raffles City Tower

Salary: Up to $11,500.00 - Depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

Gather and document business and functional requirements (BRDs/FRDs), including Temenos-specific BRDs. Lead requirement-elicitation sessions through workshops, interviews, and analysis of existing documentation. Perform gap analyses and impact assessments for core banking transformation, upgrade, or migration projects. Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment. Support test case creation, test coordination, defect management, and cutover planning/go-live activities. Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks (Basel III, MiFID II, PSD2, AML/KYC, FATCA) and document related controls.

Desired Qualifications

Strong knowledge of core banking domains and processes: accounts, payments, loans, deposits, interest, etc. Hands-on Temenos experience, including modules, TIM methodology, relevant project exposure, and official certifications. Experience working with BJB systems such as OTMS, DATAPLATFORM, and Integration Layer is highly preferred. Solid understanding of the complete value chain within a specific banking business domain. Participation in core banking transformation, upgrade, or migration projects. Familiarity with Agile (Scrum, SAFe) and Waterfall delivery methodologies. Basic technical understanding of data models, APIs, and system integration. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and operational staff. Exposure to Avaloq, Finacle, Flexcube, or other core banking systems is a plus.
