A Regional Senior Business Analyst role in IT department with Senior BA or Product Owner knowledge and experience to conceptualize strategic business solution, drive transformation and support product development in the corporate credit origination/processing domain for the Group.
Responsible to drive ongoing, long-term program and product roadmap for continuous enhancement of the platform, domestically and across the region.
Able to effectively and efficiently engage business to understand their business strategy and product requirement to propose a build & implementation strategy that can meet their needs.
Propose strategic recommendations to drive growth, usage, and adoption of the platform.
Play a consultant and strategic partner role to business to propose options for consideration and drive outcome.
Ensure harmony, scalability and compatibility of proposed solution across the Group with regional mindset.
Able to navigate various dependencies and streams to achieve best outcome for the business within stipulated timeframe with resources provided.
Stay abreast of market/industry trends and best practices to proactively recommend innovative solutions for business.
Be the strategic partner and bridge between Business and Technology team during solution and all phases of SDLC and/or Agile/SCRUM sprints/delivery and long-term technology roadmap planning.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Manage and oversee corporate credit platform transformation portfolio that can cover multiple initiatives/agile squads and work closely with business partners to drive outcome to meet business objectives.
Conduct analysis of regional business process, operations and technology solutions to harmonize design and build for maximum output in terms of digital adoption and end to end straight through processing, where possible.
Ensure that solution is scalable for regional deployment with strict alignment of business/operations processes and functions across the Group.
Work with data and customer, employee insights to propose solutions that can optimize process, enhance efficiency and improve customer/employee satisfaction.
Engage business partners and end users to innovate and articulate end to end requirements.
Provide thought leadership within own area of responsibility and BA profession within the bank.
Provide support to architecture committee and project teams to ensure that target operating models are progressing in line with the preferred strategic architecture / chosen architectures and technology stack.
QualificationsRequirement
At least 15 years of relevant business analysis experience in financial services environment in area of corporate credit processing, pre-processing checks, loans origination, approval, acceptance, disbursement, renewal, and limits/facility management at a regional level.
Possess end to end business knowledge of corporate credit processing (Large Corporation) all the way from credit proposition initiation via loan origination system to facility, collateral implementation and consolidated limits management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assimilate information quickly with attention to details.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including documentation and presentation skills.
Comfortable communicating across different business divisions and different levels of seniority in the organization.
Strong BA lead with the ability to take ownership and deliver independently to drive outcome.
Able to prioritise tasks and work under pressure with tight deadlines and/or multiple projects.
Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with business stakeholder and other subject matter experts to problem solving and influence outcome.
Demonstrate experience and the ability to work in a culturally diverse and geographically distributed cross-functional teams and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Experience in negotiation and conflict resolution
Solid cross loans product knowledge
Understanding of technology and development lifecycle \xe2\x80\x93 experience in both SDLC & Agile/SCRUM delivery
