As a Business Analyst, you will be supporting Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and system. The person in this role should have experience in rolling out Applications/Portals/Systems and translating business requirements to technical requirement As a Business Analyst, you will be supporting Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and system. The person in this role should have experience in rolling out Applications/Portals/Systems and translating business requirements to technical requirements with the vendors and business users. Adecco is partnering with a Global MNC Real Estate company. They are looking for a Assistant Manager, SAP MM/PM to join the team in Singapore. Responsibilities Work with Key stakeholders for rolling out Applications/Portals/Systems to other Regions, Buildings and Business Units. Work with business and vendors on implementation of enhancements to the System to translate business requirements into technical requirements. Play a role in Data Analysis, Data cleansing and Data Migration for rollouts. Configure work flows as and when needed and to be well versed with all the configuration settings in the System. Design a regression test to ensure that enhancements/fixes do not disrupt the modules that are working. Testing of Reports and dashboards for data accuracy and to be able to design new reports and dashboards based on SQL queries (database knowledge required). Being a team player with strong customer focus and being able to work with minimal supervision. Maintaining strong compliance culture and take ownership of projects. Requirements Diploma or Degree in IT with at least 6 years' relevant technical experience. At least 2 or more years of experience in managing web portals, configuring workflows with experience in database management or business analyst role. Hands-on IT professional with at least one full SDLC lifecycle experience. Knowledge of SQL queries with experience in designing reports and dashboards is ideal. 2 years of client web development within a .Net Framework is advantageous. Experience in Carpark Management System / Facility Management System (FMS) is a plus point.
