Position Title: Business Analyst

Location: Singapore, Raffles City Tower

Contract Type: Contract - 12 months

Salary: Up to $4,700 Per month

Working Hours: 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with senior consultants to gather and analyze client requirements, translating business needs into actionable technology solutions. Support design and development of solutions by contributing to technical specifications, workflows, and functional requirements. Participate in data collection, analysis, and interpretation to provide insights for decision-making and strategy. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and client communications. Assist in facilitating workshops and presentations to stakeholders, clearly explaining technical concepts. Engage in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to develop and refine solutions.

Top 3 Must-Have Skills

Analytical & Independent: Able to manage BA tasks end-to-end, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver holistic solutions. Technical Acumen: Understand requirements at code level and perform basic debugging; working knowledge of Java, JavaScript, SQL, and AWS Cloud. Strong Communication: Confidently translate complex technical concepts into clear, non-technical language for client discussions.

Good-to-Have Skills

Knowledge of Kafka and event-driven architecture. Experience with legacy system migration or as primary PIC for change requests. Conducted client-facing workshops. Strong problem-solving and solution formulation abilities. Ability to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions. Clear, concise technical and functional documentation skills. Familiarity with SDLC processes.

Additional Information

Clearance: Security clearance required prior to onboarding.

Qualifications / Experience

Relevant degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline. Proven experience as a Business Analyst in technology projects preferred. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
