Enterprise Data Science & Management (EDSM) comprises of a team of analytics professionals tasked with the mandate to help solve business problems and build up data capabilities across the enterprise. EDSM leverages on data science methodologies and adopts a \xe2\x80\x9cdata first\xe2\x80\x9d approach in distilling actionable insights to key stakeholders including senior management and business teams. EDSM seeks to create positive impact and business value through data-driven decision-making.

Changi Airport Group is moving towards to become a data driven organization. One of the key areas needed is to set, track and analyse the success metrics so that teams can better achieve their dreams with decisions supported by data. EDSM and Strategy & Performance (SP) will be supporting divisions on this journey.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to join our dynamic team at EDSM. You should possess a strong analytical mindset and be eager to collaborate with various divisions to establish, monitor, and analyse performance metrics. Furthermore, you must have a passion for learning about the effective use of data analytics across the organisation and be willing to take on additional data-related projects, such as data analytics, science and management.

Job Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of a CAG framework for moving towards data-driven organization through the monitoring, tracking and analysis of the overall digital ecosystem success metrics.
• Work with product owners to research, design, identify and set up success metrics for their digital initiatives.
• Support product owners with the analysis including tracking desired outcomes and benchmarking.
• Create and maintain the dashboard using Tableau, MicroStrategy, Power BI, Data Studio, Looker, etc.
• Support data-related projects from EDSM, covering data strategy, science, and management.

• Bachelor/Master degree in business analytics, computing, statistics, or a related quantitative/analytical field
• 1+ years of practical experience in data management, data visualization or data science
• Familiar with programming in Python or R
• Experienced in using BI tools such as Tableau, PowerBI or MicroStrategy
• Strength in clarifying and formalizing complex data-related business problems.
• Ability to convey and explain data model and experiment results to various stakeholders.
• Some experience in designing and implementing machine learning algorithms and A/B testing to validate the performance of data models.
• Strong project management and organizational skills supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, visual) to deliver insights (e.g., compelling presentations, easy to understand rationale) to senior management, internal and external stakeholders.
• Motivated and driven, able to work independently and a good team player as part of a multidisciplinary team.
