Duties and Responsibilites

Requirements Management & Process Optimization


Collect, analyze, and document business requirements across sites in Singapore, Wuxi, and Clark Translate business needs into clear concepts for ERP and BI solutions Support process standardization and harmonization across the three sites
User Training & Support


Organize and deliver training sessions and workshops for proAlpha and QlikSense users Coach and support end-users to improve system adoption and competence Develop user documentation, guidelines, and best practices Serve as a regional point of contact for ERP- and BI-related questions
Business Intelligence (QlikSense)


Support business stakeholders in defining reporting and dashboard requirements Coordinate with the central BI team or external partners for implementation Ensure data quality, consistency, and effective use of BI solutions across sites
ERP (proAlpha)


Contribute to the optimization and further development of ERP processes in production, logistics, purchasing, and quality Participate in rollouts, migrations, and the introduction of new modules across the three sites Provide 2nd-level ERP support and collaborate with the central Business Applications team

Education / Qualification

Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field

Experience

Minimum 5 years of professional experience working with ERP systems (ideally proAlpha) and BI solutions (preferably QlikSense) Strong background in requirements engineering and structured process analysis

Core Competencies

Passion for conducting training sessions and enabling business users Excellent communication and facilitation skills, combined with a structured work style Service-oriented mindset with strong ownership and problem-solving skills Fluent in English; Mandarin or Tagalog would be an advantage
