Adecco is partnering with an established company in the Electronics Manufacturing industry, and they are looking for a Business Analysis Executive to join their team! The Business Analysis Executive will be in charge of data analysis, cross-function communications, as well as assisting in the operations. You will be working on data reporting, CRM, strategy planning, as well as online communications.The Job

• Assist in extracting data and developing analytical tools to guide decision-making for sales and business strategies.
• Analyze financial metrics, including sales figures, profit margins, and operating expenses, and provide actionable recommendations to management.
• Perform market research and gather business intelligence to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the industry.
• Analyze competitor strategies, market positioning, and customer behaviors to inform business and sales strategies.
• Continuously review and improve sales processes to boost the company\'s operational efficiency, working closely with the Sales Operations Manager.
• Ensure effective use of CRM tools, train sales teams on their usage, and assist in developing tools to track sales progress.
• Develop and implement models for sales forecasting, consolidate monthly forecasts from the sales team, and monitor business targets.
• Coordinate the annual budget planning process, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives, such as market entry plans, mergers and acquisitions, and product launches.
• Track and monitor progress toward achieving business goals as outlined in the business plan.
• Develop and execute marketing communication strategies across LinkedIn and other platforms to promote the company\'s products.
• Create and manage content that engages customers, industry influencers, and potential clients, showcasing success stories, new product releases, and thought leadership.
• Offer administrative support when needed and develop frameworks for efficient administrative operations to enhance productivity.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

The Talent

• Minimum of 3 years\' experience in Business Analysis, Sales Operations or Marcoms.
• Experience with CRM management.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in Project Management & Financial Analysis.
• Outgoing and passionate in data analytics.
