Junior IT Business Analyst - Perm role with multinational Insurance group to be based out of Singapore.Role and Responsibilities\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze IT requirements related to Finance Applications within the insurance industry.\xc2\xb7 Conduct thorough analysis of business needs and translate them into clear and concise technical requirements.\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize quick win opportunities aligned with business objectives and strategic goals.\xc2\xb7 Conduct detailed analyses of existing processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvement areas.\xc2\xb7 Develop and implement action plans for quick win initiatives, ensuring timelines and objectives are clearly defined.\xc2\xb7 Work closely with project managers and business units to prioritize IT initiatives based on strategic objectives and resource availability.\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve conflicts and optimize resource allocation across multiple projects.Qualifications\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.\xc2\xb7 Proven experience in project management, process improvement, or business analysis.\xc2\xb7 Proven experience (3-4 years) as a IT Business Analyst within the insurance domain.\xc2\xb7 Experience in leading or supporting quick win initiatives or similar improvement projects.\xc2\xb7 Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).\xc2\xb7 Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.\xc2\xb7 Understanding of financial applications and regulatory requirements within the insurance industry is preferred.\xc2\xb7 Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.\xc2\xb7 Experience with DevOps, and CI/CD practices.Argyll Scott Asia is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
