Business Analyst, GenAI
Location: Singapore
Job Type: 6-7 months contract
Industry: Consulting
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and document business requirements through workshops and interviews Translate needs into user stories and functional specs Facilitate communication between stakeholders and the tech team Support user research, UAT, and process improvements Identify opportunities for applying Generative AI tools Maintain process flows, journey maps, and documentation
Requirements:
At least3+ years' experience in digital projects for Public sector or any similar industry Strong in stakeholder engagement, agile, and user-centric design Familiar with IM8, GCC concepts, and security classifications Able to bridge technical and non-technical teams effectively Exposure to GenAI tools and applications * Experience with UX tools (Figma, Miro) and data analysis
