Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyse, and validate business requirements
, ensuring alignment with organizational goals for Identity Management and User Access Control systems. Mapbusiness processes and workflows
, and translate them into detailed functional and technical specifications for implementation on the OutSystems platform. Collaborate with developers, architects, and Product Owner to ensure requirements are feasible, scalable, and aligned with system design. Supportapplication testing activities
, including defining test cases, supporting QA, and coordinatingUser Acceptance Testing (UAT)
to ensure readiness for release. Maintain clear and structureddocumentation
(BRD, FSD, user stories, process flows, test scripts). Fosteropen and transparent communication with stakeholders
, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and capturing feedback. Contribute to risk identification, issue resolution, and continuous improvement throughout the delivery lifecycle.Requirements / Skillset:
Bachelor's degree in
Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field
. Proven experience as aBusiness Analyst
in IT system implementation, with emphasis onIdentity Management/User Access Control (IAM, RBAC, SSO, MFA, etc.)
. Familiarity with theOutSystems low-code platform
, with demonstrated experience in requirements gathering and solution delivery. Strong knowledge ofAgile methodologies
(Scrum/Kanban) and ability to work within iterative delivery cycles. Experience inUAT coordination, functional testing, and end-user support
. Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and documentation skills. Preferred certifications:Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP)
or equivalent.Agile certification (
CSPO, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master
).OutSystems-related certification (advantageous).
