Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements related to Life Insurance operations.
• Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions, document business requirements, and translate them into functional specifications.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of business requirements.
• Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the implementation process and post-implementation phase.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices related to Life Insurance and Insurance Agency Management systems.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the Life Insurance domain.
• Experience with Insurance Agency Management systems implementation and optimization.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct thorough analysis of business processes and systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to lead requirements gathering sessions and document detailed business requirements.
• Technical proficiency to understand and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Experience with system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
