We are seeking an ambitious and driven MBA Intern to join our dynamic Commercial Team. This position will provide valuable hands-on experience in areas such as sales excellence, marketing, and business analysis. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, business acumen, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for working in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in conducting market research and analysis to identify trends and insights that support business strategies. Support the sales excellence team by analyzing sales data, performance metrics, and developing actionable recommendations. Collaborate with team members to create presentations and reports for management. Participate in strategy sessions to brainstorm and implement solutions to improve sales performance. Provide administrative support as needed for various projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in an MBA program or a related field at an accredited institution. Bachelor's or Master's degree majoring in Engineering/Science or related field is highly preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
