Assist in managing the development and implementation of company's solutions and applications. Assist the Project Manager to manage and lead a team of developers in the entire project development life cycle. Manage each phase of the development life cycle and ensure that all tasks/objectives in each phase are met Manage customer / user expectations. Participate in the design and development of web applications based on company's product (J2EE-based). Manage the user acceptance testing process. Ensure that the modules delivered are according to the specifications and are of high quality. Job Requirements: Computer Science background or equivalent. At least 1 -2 years' experience in IT with good problem analysis techniques. Strong written and communication skills. Strong inter-personal relationship. Knowledge of Java will be an advantage. Candidates who are open to travelling may be considered for oversees assignment.
