Job Description

Requirements Gathering & Analysis

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear requirements. Document business and functional requirements for LifeAsia modules (Policy Admin, Claims, Underwriting, etc.). Conduct gap and impact analyses for system enhancements and new product launches.

Process & System Expertise

Provide deep knowledge of

LifeAsia

functionalities and insurance workflows. Analyze current processes and recommend improvements for operational efficiency. Support product setup and configuration within LifeAsia systems.

Project & Testing Support

Assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring. Prepare test scenarios, test data, and support

User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

. Validate deliverables to ensure alignment with business requirements.

Stakeholder Communication

Facilitate workshops and meetings for requirement gathering. Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively. Mentor junior Business Analysts and ensure documentation best practices.

Required Skills & Competencies

Technical & Domain Knowledge

Strong expertise in

LifeAsia

and insurance business processes. Experience with

AS/400 environment

and LifeAsia modules. Proficiency in

SQL

for data analysis and reporting.

Business Analysis Skills

Skilled in creating

BRDs

,

Functional Specs

, and

Process Flow Diagrams

. Knowledge of

SDLC

and

Agile

methodologies.

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams.
