:The CompanyWe are seeking an experienced NetSuite Business Analyst to support the implementation of NetSuite for a leading client in the telecommunications industry. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and ensuring the seamless deployment of NetSuite. With a deep understanding of business systems and knack for problem-solving, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and optimize system functionality.The Role

• Gather and document business requirements to configure NetSuite to meet organizational needs.
• Analyze current business processes, identify gaps, and recommend enhancements using NetSuite solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, supply chain, sales, and other functions to ensure NetSuite aligns with business objectives.
• Configure and customize NetSuite modules to support business workflows.
• Conduct data migration, including mapping, cleansing, and validation.
• Develop and deliver reports, dashboards, and analytics within NetSuite.
• Provide end-user training and create detailed documentation to facilitate user adoption.
• Troubleshoot system issues and liaise with technical teams for resolutions.
• Monitor project milestones and timelines, ensuring deliverables are met on schedule.
• Support post-implementation activities, including system upgrades and optimization.

Your Profile

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, specifically with NetSuite implementations.
• Strong understanding of NetSuite modules, including Financials, CRM, Inventory, and Order Management.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify process improvements and develop effective solutions.
• Proficient in creating workflows, custom records, and reports in NetSuite.
• Experience with data migration, integration tools, and APIs is highly desirable.
