Responsibility:

This is a Technical Business Analyst role, where you will be involved business analysis and technical aspects of system customisation and configuration scope. Experience in any OOP languages is highly advantageous. This role does not require core development/ programming scope.

• Building strong rapport with business users/ stakeholders, involved in requirements gathering and analysis for development / implementation of new systems and enhancements to existing systems.
• Review business requirements specifications and feasibility of possible solutions
• Prepare business cases
• Provide on-going application support and be involved in various stages of the SDLC.
• Oversee the maintenance of technical documentation of application\'s technical architecture, code changes, issue resolutions and procedures
• Customization, configuration, system implementation, and end-user training for any system implementations or enhancements.
• Liaise with vendors in project implementation, application testing, supporting application patches and upgrades in accordance with project methodologies and policies.
• Support the team in defining project requirements, tracking and documentation.

Requirement:

• Degree in any field
• Entry-level welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
• Experience in project management, user and vendor management.
• Knowledge and development experience in any programming language, eg. SQL, Java, C++, C#, Python, R, PHP, .NET, JavaScript, etc will be advantageous
• Knowledge in any of OOP lanuagues is highly advantageous
• Experience in MS Windows environment & application support.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently.
