Job Description

:

Business Analysis & Requirements Management

Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document both functional and non-functional requirements. Translate business needs into clear user stories, process flows, and specifications to guide development and QA teams.

Process Mapping & Improvement

Capture current-state and design future-state business processes using BPMN or equivalent standards. Identify process gaps and inefficiencies; propose improvements and support initiatives for automation and digitalization.

Stakeholder Engagement

Organize and facilitate workshops, interviews, and walkthroughs with business users and government agency clients. Help align cross-departmental expectations, priorities, and objectives.

Project Support

Assist Product Managers and Product Owners with managing scope, timelines, and project documentation. Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and user acceptance testing (UAT) preparation.

Documentation & Communication

Create structured and concise business requirement documents, use cases, user stories, and presentation materials. Bridge communication between technical and business teams to ensure mutual understanding and successful delivery.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Architects, Solution Architects, and UX Designers to ensure solutions meet both business needs and strategic goals.

Requirements:

Relevant Business Analyst experience, preferably in government or large-scale enterprise projects. Strong skills in documenting and modeling business processes and system requirements. Excellent communication and facilitation abilities with a collaborative and solution-oriented mindset. Hands-on experience with tools such as

Jira, Confluence, Excel, Visio, or Lucidchart

. Familiarity with

BPMN

and

Agile/Scrum

methodologies. Knowledge of business architecture concepts (e.g.,

capability mapping

) is a plus.
