Role:
You will work alongside product managers and a test engineer, reporting directly to the Head of Product. Your main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and writing test cases. To succeed in this role you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users. To succeed in this role, you need to be creative, analytical, self-driven, a good team player, and detail-oriented. At the same time, the role will provide you with an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment that values flexibility, autonomy, and personal growth, and that prioritizes internal promotions when it comes to filling management positions.
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyze business needs, identify gaps and issues and recommend the best possible solutions
• Define Business Processes and Workflows
• Analyze business scenarios and come up with test conditions and test cases
• Document business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
• Assist with other adhoc duties

• 
  
• Technical Background, preferably Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.
• 2-3 years experience in a technical business analyst role or equivalent in an Agile environment
• Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills
• Organized and able to work with minimal supervision
• Flexible to switch and work on different projects and manage them in a timely manner
• Must be living in the PHILIPPINES
