Banking Business Analyst / Project Manager Lead | Singapore | Banking Industry

My client is in the banking industry and we are looking for a Business Analyst / Project Manager Lead to join them.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for the delivery for the project in an individual capacity
• Interview with business users, gather data and business requirements. Document business requirements and translate business terms into language understandable by technologists
• Create all project related documentation for all applicable phases of the project
• Coordinate between other technology teams in obtaining data and other services
• Coordinate between the business users, development and support team on development, testing and release and ensure the overall implementation is successful
• Develop report and presentation for change requests, development proposals, business cases and other controls
• Ability to prepare different project status reports applicable for all levels of stakeholders

Requirements

• At least 8+ years of experience in banking-payment domains as a business analyst
• Atleast 4+ years is a capacity of project/technical delivery lead and or implementation lead experience
• Understanding of core banking (Payments, Receivables, DDA, Trade Finance, Loans etc.)
• Understanding of software development process
• Experience in SQL and relational databases
• Experience in gathering business requirements, creating specifications
• Experience in data analysis - spotting trends and relationships; creating excel formula; creating data controls
• Good communication skills and experience in working in a virtual team
• Excellent customer interfacing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
