Job Description
Role Summary:
Our client is seeking for a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst / Quality Analyst to support the end-to-end migration from the legacy system to the new platform. The role involves working across SDLC phases, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring quality delivery across five countries.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and document business and technical requirements for the initiative. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to define scope and objectives. Prepare and maintain SDM documents including analysis, design, and SOPs. Support configuration setup in VCX Portal and define file exchange mappings (incoming/outgoing). Assist in defining Control-M job schedules and file processing scripts. Liaise with Visa team for certification testing and compliance validation.
Quality Assurance:
Develop and execute test plans for SIT, UAT, and performance testing across five countries. Validate file exchange processes between upstream/downstream systems. Perform defect tracking, root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution. Support deployment activities and provide warranty support post go-live.
Technical Skills:
Experience with distributed systems and file-based integrations. Familiarity with RHEL (Red Hat Enterprise Linux) environments. Basic understanding of PostgreSQL DB. Exposure to job scheduling tools like Control-M.
