Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Fridays

1 year contract role subject to contract renewal

Our Client is the world\'s leading chemical company engaging in the development, manufacturing and sale of a wide range of products for agricultural products and nutrition, colorants and finishing products, chemicals, and plastics and fibers for numerous applications in almost all industries.

Objectives:
Ensure user requirements are accurately documented
Ensure successful implementation of electronic workflows to improve business unit work efficiency, transparency and traceability.

Job Responsibilities:
Support in the development, testing and follow up on implementation of electronic workflows:
Understand and document user requirements. Perform functional analysis of business requirements and propose solution.
Prepare and coordinate testing activities. Execution of test cases. Analyze test results.
Log defects identified during testing.
Support post Go-Live activities
Use Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Forms, Microsoft Power Automate to create workflows
Assist with any other tasks and roles assigned

Job Requirement

Degree in Business or relevant qualification
Excellent communication skills
Microsoft Word / Excel
Microsoft Teams, sharepoint, knowledge of power automate is an added advantage
System / Functional Analysis
Requirement gathering / Project management
