The Opportunity

• Adecco is partnering a leading bank to look for a Business Analyst
• Location: East
• Starts off as a 6 months contract

The Talent

• 3 - 5 years of working experience in technology industry supporting Risk and Compliance activities.
• Advanced skill level MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint and other Data Analysis tools.
• Exposure to technology industry
• Strong interpersonal Skills and managing senior stakeholders both internal and external
• Experience of working with multi-disciplinary teams
• Mandarin written and speaking is preferred due to the teams you will be working with in Taiwan

The Job

• Perform day to day oversight and monitoring toward the Outsourcing Service Provider (OSP) and communicate with OSP for the CTL outsourcing related requirements or Taiwan regulation changes to well comply with Citi policy and Taiwan regulations.
• Attend OSP\'s operational review meeting regularly to keep possessing understandings of OSP\'s up-to-date environments and processes.
• Conduct on-site walkthrough in Singapore Data Center to observe the physical security, facility management, etc. controls are in place and well maintained.
• Support internal/external audit reviews, management assessments, and regulatory exams regarding outsourcing management audit scope on the ground.
• Compose oversight dashboard reports as performance summary to Business Activity Owner (BAO)
• Escalate outsourcing service incidents once notified according to policy and keep following-up and reporting the incident resolution progress to relevant parties and BAO.
• Monitor data deletion from the OSP Data Center are properly completed to fulfill the regulatory requirement.
