Job Description

You will be part of the Digital Transformation team within the CFO Office to support the implementation of solutions that improve processes and deploy new functions to the various systems. You will partner closely with the Office of Finance, NTU Finance Shared Services and other NTU functions in the digitalization and process redesign journey. The role will primarily focus on Finance & Procurement processes. It will leverage on your proficiency of Finance & Procurement workflows and systems (e.g. SAP S4 HANA, Concur, Ariba) and other means of automations to understand gaps, define and recommend options, define user requirements and document the improved process based on available IT solutions. You thrive to re-engineer processes by continuously looking for industry solutions, best practices in the market & the systems roadmaps to drive efficiency and elevate customer experience. As a Business Analyst, you are a key team member responsible for:

• Develop functional specifications from the requirements gathered from stakeholders in the Finance Organization; Design user acceptance test as part of implementation support to successfully release new or enhanced functionalities of systems; Provide post go-live support & Prepare Training/User Manuals.
• Execute ERP roadmaps that enables systems & work processes to support evolving business strategy and ERP upgrades / releases.
• Manage the streamlining efforts of operation processes through automations and digitalization using tools such as RPA and OCR capabilities
• Manage queries and perform issue resolution of functional or system issues queries as a second level support to finance & procurement systems
• Perform data collation for operational issues as part of continuous improvement; Work with operations & IT to resolve
• Perform data analytics and create reports & dashboard for operational information & health of systems as required by operations and for management reporting
• Ensure completeness of process & functional documentation as part of governance and audit requirements
• Perform configuration where necessary and ensure accuracy in system administration of roles & wo, core in the different systems.
• Support in the audit of the functional teams.

Requirements:

• Graduate Degree in Accountancy/IT/Project Management/Finance related
• Minimum 5 to 7 years’ experience with 3-5 years’ in project management or process improvement roles
• Experienced with Finance ERP systems, knowledge of SAP is preferred
• Strong functional knowledge in Finance and Accounting
• Good influencing skills and collaborate well across all levels
• Strong business acumen
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Ambitious, self-driven, highly motivated & able to work well both individually and in a team, while under pressure.
• Knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau/Qliksense/Power BI, Power Query will be advantageous
