About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst / Scrum Master to join our growing digital solutions team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business objectives and technical execution and driving clarity, collaboration, and continuous improvement across Agile development projects.

You will play a key role in defining business requirements, facilitating sprint planning, and ensuring alignment between product owners, developers, QA and stakeholders. This role suits someone who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and can manage both people and processes effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring requirements are well-defined and understood. Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming sessions. Translate complex business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows using tools like Jira and Confluence. Monitor sprint progress, identify bottlenecks, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Conduct process analysis and documentation to support continuous improvement. Ensure the team adheres to Agile and Scrum best practices, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration. Support project reporting, metrics tracking, and stakeholder updates.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, or similar role in Agile environments. Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or related field. Proven ability to manage software development projects using Jira and Confluence. Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC methodologies. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience preparing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, test cases and other project documentation. Technical familiarity with web or SaaS applications is a plus.

Nice-to-Have

Experience in industrial, water, or utility-based digital solutions. Exposure to AWS Cloud, DevOps pipelines, or analytics dashboards. Familiarity with ISO 9001 / 27001-aligned project documentation.

Pay: $4,500.00 - $7,000.00 per month
