Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our team.In this role, you will provide crucial support for our enterprise systems, engage with business teams to gather requirements, oversee user acceptance testing (UAT), and guide business users in utilizing the system effectively.Working Hours: Mon-FriWorking Location: Jurong WestSalary Package: Up to $6800 (basic)Key Responsibilities:Provide system support for the in house systems and handle post go-live operational requests.Collaborate with business teams to gather and document requirements for system enhancements.Lead UAT efforts and monitor implementation progress.Train business users on new system functionalities and processes.Drive the testing and implementation of systems upgrades and enhancements.Partner with system vendors and IT teams to resolve operational issues.Generate and analyze reports for system status, operational support, and management reporting.Document standard operating procedures for systems and business processes.Maintain user administration and troubleshoot technical and functional issues.Key Qualifications:Bachelor\'s degree in a computer science or any related fieldsMinimum of 5 years of experience as business analyst / project manager.Strong documentation skills and experience in system and process documentation.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Self-driven, highly motivated, and capable of working independently or as part of a team under pressure.Elane Yap Theng Yu- R1989397ScienTec Consulting Pte Ltd - 11C5781
