Job Responsibilities:
1. Requirements Elicitation & Documentation
Gather business requirements through interviews, workshops, and analysis.
Document business processes, workflows, and use cases.
Develop clear and comprehensive requirement specifications.
2. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
Facilitate communication between stakeholders, project teams, and vendors.
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on project objectives.
Present findings, proposals, and progress updates effectively.
3. Solution Evaluation & Recommendations
Analyze potential solutions to meet business needs.
Evaluate options based on feasibility, cost, and benefit.
Support the selection of preferred approaches and assist in change management.
4. Support & Validation
Assist in testing, validation, and deployment activities.
Support user training and adoption initiatives.
Gather feedback and monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in similar roles.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Good stakeholder management and communication abilities.
Understanding of process modeling and documentation methods.
Basic knowledge of data flows and system integration (without specific technical tool dependency).
Familiarity with project management principles.
