Business Analyst
Job Description
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering or related field.
5+ years of experience in senior business analysis roles--especially involving cross-functional or platform onboarding projects.
Strong expertise in discovery, requirements elicitation, process modelling, use case and data mapping techniques.
Proven record of leading workshops, writing clear requirement specifications, and facilitating UAT/change management.
Advanced analytical skills with experience in KPI definition, data-driven insights, cost-benefit/risk analysis.
Skilled in project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and documentation platforms (e.g., Confluence, Google Workspace).
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, documentation, and facilitation skills.
Ability to partner with technical delivery teams and understand architecture, data models, and digital platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Agile/Lean software delivery. * Familiarity with enterprise/cloud platforms or digital government systems.
