Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements, ensuring alignment with core banking processes (accounts, payments, loans, deposits, interest, etc.). Lead and facilitate requirement elicitation through workshops, interviews, and analysis of existing documentation. Develop high-quality Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), including Temenos-specific BRDs when applicable. Conduct gap analyses and impact assessments to determine functional and technical changes needed. Act as the liaison between business teams, development teams, and other technical stakeholders to ensure solution clarity and alignment. Support core banking transformation, upgrade, and migration projects, including data migration, cutover planning, and go-live activities. Coordinate and assist in test case creation, test execution, and defect management. Ensure solutions comply with applicable financial regulations (Basel III, MiFID II, PSD2, AML/KYC, FATCA) and internal control requirements. Provide ongoing support and subject matter expertise throughout project delivery and post-go-live stabilization.

Desired Qualifications

Strong knowledge of core banking domains and processes. Temenos expertise, including modules, TIM methodology, relevant project exposure, and official certifications. Experience working with BJB systems such as OTMS, DATAPLATFORM, and Integration Layer. Hands-on experience with core banking platforms (especially Temenos); knowledge of Avaloq, Finacle, Flexcube, or proprietary systems is a plus. End-to-end understanding of the value chain within a specific banking business domain. Proven participation in large-scale core banking transformation, upgrade, or migration projects. Familiarity with both Agile (Scrum, SAFe) and Waterfall delivery methodologies. Basic technical understanding of data models, APIs, and system integration concepts. Strong stakeholder management, interpersonal, and communication skills. * Experience working in cross-functional teams with developers, testers, and operational staff.
