We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical
Business Analyst
to join our team. The successful candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring that requirements are effectively captured, analyzed, and translated into actionable outcomes. This role requires strong problem-solving, communication, and technical skills to support process improvement, system enhancements, and data-driven decision-making.Key Responsibilities
Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders. Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for IT/development teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and implement scalable business solutions. Support activities including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and workflow documentation. Use data analytics tools to generate insights, reports, and dashboards. Assist QA teams in defining test cases, validating functionality, and ensuring product quality. Provide ongoing support for business applications, systems, and reporting tools. * Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains across business functions.
