Role description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Business Analyst with proven experience in Process Excellence, Process Mapping, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analysing existing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting process optimization projects to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.



Key Responsibilities:


Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business processes, identify challenges, and document clear, detailed business requirements. Develop and maintain detailed process maps, workflows, and documentation using tools such as Visio. Conduct end-to-end process reviews with cross-functional teams to understand pain points and inefficiencies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Marketing, Sales, etc.) to design effective solutions tailored to the needs of the business. Utilize data analytics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in operations, sales, and customer experience. Evaluate existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and suggest improvements or automation opportunities to enhance operational performance. Support process performance monitoring through dashboards and reports. Analyze trends, variances, and KPIs to recommend data-driven improvements. Communicate with stakeholders across various levels of the organization to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions. Assist in managing the project lifecycle from concept to implementation, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.

Required Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience (5+ years) working as a business analyst, with a deep understanding of business processes, systems, and challenges. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, trends, and provide actionable insights. Proficient in tools like Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or similar data analysis platforms. Experience with Agile methodologies Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
