Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, IT, or related field 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst Experience within the
investment banking field will be highly advantageous
Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to gather and analyze business requirements Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for technology teams Support end-to-end project lifecycle: requirements gathering, documentation, UAT, change management, and post-implementation support Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments of system changes or enhancements Work with data teams to support data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting efforts Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives Ensure solutions align with regulatory standards and internal compliance guidelines * Prepare detailed documentation, process flows, and user guides
