We are seeking a

1. Strategic Business Analysis

Conduct deep-dive business and market analyses to support data-driven decision-making. Identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement across departments. Translate analytical insights into clear, actionable business strategies. Support long-term planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

2. Process Improvement & Optimization

Evaluate and document existing workflows, business processes, and systems. Recommend and implement enhancements that improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. Work closely with stakeholders to drive operational excellence initiatives.

3. Data Management & Reporting

Collect, clean, and analyze large data sets from multiple sources. Design and maintain dashboards and performance reports using

Power BI

,

Tableau

, or

Excel

. Track key business metrics (KPIs) and provide continuous insights to leadership teams.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with teams across Finance, Operations, Product, Marketing, and IT to align analysis with organizational goals. Serve as a bridge between business needs and technical teams to ensure successful implementation of data-driven solutions. Present complex findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner.

5. Long-Term Strategic Contribution

Provide ongoing analytical and strategic support for company growth, transformation, and innovation initiatives. Participate in long-term strategic projects such as market expansion, digital transformation, or organizational redesign. * Build a reputation as a trusted, long-term analytical advisor within the organization.
