We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Business Investment Analyst to join our investment team. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior management and play a key role in investment research, evaluation, and portfolio management across global markets and multiple asset classes.

Key Responsibilities

Direct Business Investment Focus

Conduct macro-level industry and market research to identify investment opportunities Develop business investment strategy with key stakeholders to ensure investment alignment is on track Prepare business investment memos and support full due diligence process, ensuring all relevant factors are considered. Managing multi business investment projects and work closely with key stakeholders to develop the business structure Evaluate business investment opportunities by building financial models and conducting valuation analysis. Monitor and manage performance of existing portfolio companies, ensuring alignment with investment objectives. Collect, update and analyse data; perform financial modelling and track model accuracy by comparing projections with actual financial outcomes

Requirements

Bachelor or master's degree of Economic, Finance, business or MBA Minimum 2 years' experience

Preferred experience in one or more of the following sectors: Information Technology, Ceramic Tiles, Building Permit or Wholesales Building materials, Renewable Energy, E-Commerce etc.

Experience with business investment project management & development with business analysis mindset and knowledges. Familiarity with financial analysis and business investment strategies - good technical and comfortable with number crunching Proficiency in Excel; Bloomberg, FactSet, and Python is preferred. Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight timelines. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Strong ownership and interpersonal abilities to follow up and develop investment project A proactive team player with the ability to manage multiple priorities and trading strategies. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Professional English is required; German and Chinese will be considered an advantage.
