Job Description

1. Data Analysis and Visualization

: Collect, analyse, and maintain dashboards to monitor vessel performance across various parameters including:


PMS, VM Inspections, PSC, SIRE, LTIs, SFR etc. Performance summary of individual fleet groups Tech and Ops Analysis of Incidents

2. OPEX Monitoring

: Track and analyse fleet OPEX, identifying and reporting any discrepancies.

3. Budget Assistance

: Support management in year-end fleet expense analysis for budget preparation.

4. Environment Compliance:

Maintaining records, monitoring, analyzing data and providing technical assistance for various environmental indicators such as air pollution, water pollution, and plastic waste.


Support in monitoring vessels adherence with statutory requirements and company policies related to environment management of ships.

5. Reporting

: Prepare monthly and ad-hoc reports for both internal and external stakeholders.

6. Technical Data Visualization and Benchmarking

: Interpret technical management data, generate comparative insights across the fleet, and prepare reports/presentations for management, including industry benchmarking.

7. Technical Report Support

: Assist the team in compiling technical reports for various stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Business, IT or a related field Minimum 3 years of experience in a business analyst or similar role Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms) Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment * Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
