Job Description
Gather and analyze business requirements for insurance. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into functional specifications and system enhancements. Conduct gap analysis and propose process improvements to optimize underwriting and claims workflows. Work closely with IT teams for solution design, testing, and implementation. Prepare documentation including BRDs, FRDs, and user stories aligned with business objectives. * Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure alignment with regulatory and compliance standards.
