ABOUT US
TOFM SG is a growing group of companies operating across Singapore and Malaysia, with an active business expansion plan into Vietnam and Thailand. We work with government, private sector, and enterprise clients
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Scan GeBIZ and tender aggregators; shortlist relevant opportunities.
Conduct private sector outreach (LinkedIn, email, calls).
Attend client meetings and site walks .
Prepare proposals, pricing, and documentation.
Coordinate internal reviews and tender submissions.
Manage follow-ups, pipeline updates, and referrals.
Support regional expansion activities (Vietnam & Thailand).
Assist procurement, finance (AP/AR), social media, and IT coordination.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
3-5 years of relevant experience in business analysis or related roles.
Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills with the ability to work with stakeholders and technical teams.
