Key Responsibilities


1. Strategic Business Analysis & Consulting


Lead business analysis and consulting projects focused on AI-enabled transformation and digital optimization within biotechnology operations. Develop data-driven frameworks to assess product performance, R&D efficiency, market entry potential, and operational scalability. Conduct financial modeling, ROI assessments, and feasibility studies to support executive decision-making. Advise leadership on governance, compliance, and tax strategy for regional and international business operations.
2. AI & Technology-Driven Innovation


Collaborate with biotech research and operations teams to implement AI-based analytical systems, including 3D modeling and robotic process guidance tools. Lead the development of B2B AI insight platforms that provide real-time data on market trends, production efficiency, and clinical or product performance. Apply machine learning and predictive analytics to optimize R&D cycles, supply chain logistics, and customer engagement strategies. Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend solutions that align with biotech commercialization goals.
3. Data Analytics & Operational Efficiency


Build and manage data visualization dashboards that consolidate KPIs across R&D, production, and marketing teams. Analyze complex datasets to identify inefficiencies, uncover opportunities, and forecast growth trends. Translate analytical findings into strategic action plans that improve cost control, productivity, and innovation outcomes. Standardize data governance and reporting systems across multi-site operations.
4. Market Strategy & Expansion


Conduct detailed biotech market research and competitor analysis to inform product positioning and go-to-market strategies. Lead cross-border expansion initiatives across Southeast Asia, ensuring alignment with regulatory and commercial requirements. Support partnership development with distributors, clinics, and research institutions through data-backed consulting insights.
Key Requirements / Qualifications


Minimum 5-8 years of hands-on experience in the biotechnology industry Proven track record in business analysis, data-driven strategy consulting, or operational transformation within biotech. Strong understanding of AI systems, 3D imaging technologies, and robotic-assisted solutions relevant to biotech and cosmetic applications. Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Python (for data analysis). Demonstrated success in implementing AI or data frameworks to support business or operational goals. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. * Experience working on cross-border projects, particularly in China and Southeast Asia.
