Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Business Analyst to join a large-scale transformation program in the Communications, Media & Technology sector. This role focuses on project coordination, test management, execution tracking, and end-to-end UAT readiness in an Oracle-based transformation environment.


The ideal candidate is structured, adaptable, and confident in engaging with both technical teams and business stakeholders. While prior experience managing user groups is beneficial, it's not mandatory for sharp and quick learners. Familiarity with Order Management processes and system integration touchpoints will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

UAT & Defect Management

Lead and support UAT/SIT execution across multiple service order functional streams. Track, triage, and escalating defects with technical teams for timely resolution. Coordinate retests, manage test data requirements, and maintain accurate defect logs. Maintain test scenarios, evidence repositories, defect summaries, and fulfilment health trackers.

Stakeholder & Project Coordination

Act as a liaison between project business users, application teams, and solution architects. Provide clear, timely updates on testing progress, blockers, and readiness to stakeholders and project leads. Prepare concise communications (emails, trackers, summaries) to align internal teams and escalate issues when necessary.

Preferred Skills & Competencies

Strong BA/functional background (preferably in Oracle or Telecommunications environments). Solid knowledge of UAT/SIT processes, including defect triaging, reporting, and documentation. Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to investigate and explain complex fulfilment issues. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with defect management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps). * Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable navigating complex testing cycles.
