Work closely with stakeholders (credit risk, loan servicing, operations, IT teams, etc.) to gather and document business requirements for the NPA monitoring application.
Analyze current systems and processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas of improvement in NPA monitoring.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories for development teams.
Project Support:
Collaborate with the project manager and technical teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of the NPA application.
Support end-to-end project lifecycle, from requirements analysis and design through testing and deployment.
Assist in defining test scenarios and user acceptance criteria for the NPA application.
Stakeholder Management:
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Provide regular updates to management and stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze historical credit data, delinquency trends, and loan performance metrics to support the development of the NPA monitoring application.
Work with business and IT teams to design reporting capabilities that offer insights into credit risk, asset quality, and NPA forecasts.
Systems Design & Integration:
Collaborate with IT and development teams to design system enhancements and integrations with existing banking applications, including loan management systems, credit risk platforms, and financial reporting tools.
Ensure the solution aligns with the bank\xe2\x80\x99s broader technology architecture and data governance policies.
Testing & Quality Assurance:
Lead or support testing efforts (UAT, integration testing) for the NPA monitoring application to ensure it meets business requirements and quality standards.
Validate data accuracy, system functionality, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Training & Documentation:
Develop user manuals and training materials to support end users of the NPA monitoring application.
Conduct training sessions for internal teams, ensuring they understand the features and functionalities of the new application.
Requirements
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking or financial services industry, with a focus on the Corporate Credit domain.
Proven experience supporting technology projects related to credit risk management, NPA monitoring, loan servicing, or similar banking applications.
In-depth understanding of the Corporate Credit lifecycle, including loan origination, monitoring, classification, provisioning, and recovery processes.
