An exciting Business Analyst (Trade e-Banking) job has just become available at one of the global banks. About the Business Analyst (Trade e-Banking) Role:
In this role, you will be representing the APAC IT domain and working with various operation users and product managers while liaising with the different APAC regions. You will be involved in the definition of the testing scope of SIT, NRT and UAT while validating test outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform systematic business analysis to define business/operational objectives for new requirements
• Validate business requirements, ensuring alignment with business/operations needs, IT architecture, and security standards
• Design functional solutions, user workflows, and document functional specifications
• Conduct walkthroughs of requirements and proposed solutions, obtaining stakeholder review and signoff
• Develop scope and approach for SIT/UAT/NRT, guide Testing team in test scenario/case creation, rationalise test cases, and validate SIT test results

To succeed in this Business Analyst (Trade e-Banking) [six months, extendable] role, the successful incumbent will have strong functional and business analytical skills while having the ability to communicate and bridge the gap between various users and stakeholders. Key Requirements:

• Graduate degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent
• At least four years of experience in Corporate Banking environment with some involvement in Trade Finance (e-banking channels)
• Good functional experience in Trade/Electronic invoicing applications
• Experience as an IT Business Analyst, he/she must be a good team player and the ability to work independently
• Familiarity with SWIFT, EDIFACT, ISO20022 and data transformations is an added bonus
• Proficiency in Unix/Shell scripts, XML and Oracle/PLSQL
