They operate in over 150 countries and offer a suite of innovative, easy-to-use online products and services.The JobThe Global FCO (FX & Commodities Operations) and DCS (OTC Derivative Confirmation & Settlement) team perform end to end confirmation and settlements processes. Within APAC FCO and DCS, our team provides multiple services such as trade control, Foreign Exchange (FX) electronic matching and settlement, Over-the-Counter (OTC) derivative confirmation and settlement, and commodities operations.The APAC FICC Derivatives Settlement team is currently looking for an associate for the team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the FICC Derivatives Settlements in APAC region. This is a highly challenging role which provides an opportunity to work in a dynamic and diverse team, and learning the end to end processes for derivative settlements covering products such Interest Rates Swap, Currency Swaps, FX, etc.Your responsbilities would include:

• Liaise with clients on trade settlements issues including confirmation of settlement amounts, exchanging of SSIs and finalization of settlement confirmation arrangements.
• Follow up and liaise with Trade Control, Client, and Front Office teams in resolving settlement related queries.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of settlement details in payment system.
• Point of contact for clients on payment inquiries. Control, monitor and resolve settlements/system breaks status.
• Participate in the team\'s related projects and process improvement initiatives.

• Good organizational skills and understanding of Back office Operations responsibilities and processes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and is proactive in nature
• Good team player and ability to work under pressure in a team environment.
• Proficiency in MS Product Suite
• Product knowledge of FICC derivative products and ISDA Definitions preferred
