The Opportunity

• This is an exciting opportunity to work for one of the leading banks in Singapore
• It is an opportunity for a Business Analyst to join their team
• This contract will be for 12 months, starting in Jan 2025.

• This position reports to Operation Project Management Team Lead and interacts with Regional Product, Technology and Operation teams. Main responsibility covers change management and to ensure quality deliverables within project timeline.

• Understand and analyse business requirements for User Stories creation
• Support and represent Users when dealing with Stakeholders in SDLC process
• UAT test cases preparation, execution, and progress tracking
• Defect management and reporting
• Support and coordinate change implementation & post-production monitoring
• Coordinate enhancement walkthrough and user training
• Coordinate and assist in resolving production issues
• Support in tracking and collate statistics for ongoing MIS, Metrics/Benchmarks reporting & strategy presentation
• Fund Services (Fund Administration/ Transfer Agency) in Hedge funds experience preferred

• Degree in relevant field
• Experience in Fund Accounting/Fund Administration will be added advantage.
• Transfer Agency (Fund Services) experience
• Knowledge in Hedge fund performance fee calculation
• Exposure to process streamlining and change management
• Proficient in Microsoft O365 suite
