Responsibilities:
1. Support and lead user-side tasks in the implementation of core banking systems across APAC (Trade Finance, Lending, Payments, CASA, Party Module, GLCS).
2. Plan and manage migration, business rehearsal, BCP, training, customer communication, and post-release activities.
3. Standardize operational procedures and documentation between legacy and new systems.
4. Coordinate with regional teams, vendors, and remote stakeholders to ensure smooth rollout and operations.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
2. Minimum 3 years' experience in consulting or banking industry projects.
3. Experience in core banking package implementation (e.g., Trade360, ACBS, GPP, FLEXCUBE CASA, Party Module, GLCS).
4. Proven hands-on experience managing user-side project tasks (migration, BCP, training, etc.).
5. Strong documentation, communication, and coordination skills, including working with remote teams and vendors.
