Job Responsibilities:

UX Mastery: Transform the user experience by recreating consumer-facing web app flows within Figma. Take ownership of UX enhancements and propose strategic changes to elevate user engagement and satisfaction.

Requirement Elicitation: Collaborate with customers and Pre-Sales teams to gather comprehensive requirements. Draft meticulous Functional Specification Documents (FSD) and UX flows using Figma.

Cross-Cultural Collaboration: You\'ll communicate FSD/UX specifications to developers at our development center. Your clarity will be pivotal in guiding the implementation process.

Testing Oversight: Define testing scopes and protocols in the FSD to ensure seamless integration of new requirements. Our QA team will execute testing based on your specifications.

Quality Validation: Verify that FSD/UX requirements are impeccably met before delivering the product to the customer.

Physical Integration: As the custodian of the AR Code - a proprietary clone-proof QR code - you\'ll manage the handling of physical labels to ensure the security and efficacy of the technology.

User-Centric Testing: Since consumer scanning occurs via mobile devices, hands-on testing using various mobile phone models will be essential to ensure optimal performance.

Job Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years\' experience in UX design for consumer-facing web applications, proficient in utilizing Figma to craft exceptional user journeys.
• Fundamental knowledge of ReactJS, HTML, and JavaScript.
• Basic familiarity with software development tools including JIRA, Git, and VS Code
• Basic understanding of cloud, and container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
