? Key Responsibilities: * ? Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for virtual account management solutions.

  • ? Collaborate with IT, operations, and finance teams to implement seamless payment processes.
  • ? Support integration of virtual accounts with core banking and payment systems.
  • ? Prepare functional specifications, process flows, and user guides.
  • ? Identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and optimize workflows.
  • ? Act as liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure project alignment.
  • ? Support testing, UAT, and issue resolution during system rollouts.
  • ? Monitor performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • ? Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users as needed.
? Skills & Qualifications:
10. ? Strong understanding of banking operations, payments, and virtual accounts.
11. ? Experience with payment systems, reconciliation, and process documentation.
12. ? Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
13. ? 8-10 years of experience in banking or payments domain.
14. ? Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
15. ? Ability to work in cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time.
