Summary:
We are seeking a
Business Analyst/Project Manager
to lead the transformation of ourEquity Derivatives (EQD) OTC Chain Implementation Program
. You will drive the migration from legacy systems to a modern global booking architecture, ensuring seamless integration, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder alignment.Key Responsibilities:
Lead the
strategy, cost analysis, and roadmap
for the EQD OTC chain transformation. Overseelegacy system decommissioning
and migration to aglobal booking chain architecture
. Documentfront-to-back processes
, local specifics, and regulatory requirements. Manageproject timelines, vendor relationships, and stakeholder engagement
. DefineIT architecture, data strategy, and API integration
. Drivechange management, training, and support
for business users and IT teams.Core Competencies:
Strong
capital markets knowledge
, particularly inFICC instruments (FX, Rates, Credit)
andEQD derivatives
. Experience infront-to-back projects
, includingbooking, P&L, risk, and post-trade functions
. Provenleadership, communication, and analytical skills
in a global, matrixed environment. Hands-on experience as aBusiness Analyst or Developer
in banking or financial services. Familiarity withAgile/Waterfall methodologies
andIT architecture transformation
.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in
e-invoicing projects
andlegacy system migration
. Prior leadership ofglobal BA teams
andEQD derivatives OTC products
. * Knowledge ofregulatory compliance
(e.g., EMIR, Dodd-Frank, MiFID).
