WE ARE LOOKING FOR .....
Advanced Operations Solutions is responsible for supporting the execution and implementation of the system enhancements and new products in Life Operations. It includes the delivery and implementation of strategic initiatives and enhancements to derive business growth and efficiency. Solutions include, but not limited to: E2E System & Digital Assets Enhancement, Lean Robotic Process Automations, Operational Data Science & Analytics, Lean Six Sigma/ Process Re-engineering and Agile for Operational Efficiency etc.
Job Requirements:

• Support data analyst & science projects/ initiatives
• Support design solution, drafting user stories and requirements gathering.
• Test & validate the solution built to ensure quality delivery
• Fast Learner and demonstrate strong interest in learning Life Insurance domain knowledge
• Good problem solver in providing innovative ideas in solving business/technical issues
• Team player with strong initiatives towards improving our current practices
