Job Description
Role: Business Architect Finance
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide L3 support for financial systems (ERP - MS Dynamics 365, AX, Concur, SAP S/4HANA, budgeting, and procure-to-pay tools).
2. Troubleshoot complex system issues and coordinate with IT teams/vendors for timely resolution.
3. Support SAP S/4HANA upgrade projects -- data migration, testing, and process mapping.
4. Analyse and improve business processes, translating business needs into IT and architecture solutions.
5. Facilitate stakeholder workshops and ensure alignment with IT governance and compliance standards.
6. Research emerging technologies and promote adoption of innovative, scalable solutions.
Requirements
1. Experience: 8-12 years in business/enterprise architecture, process transformation, or financial systems.
Skills:
1. Strong ERP/financial systems background (MS Dynamics, SAP, Oracle).
2. Expertise in business process reengineering, BPM, SOA, APIs, and data-driven transformation.
3. Knowledge of EA tools and agile frameworks.
4. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
5. Familiarity with MDM systems, data models, and enterprise-level change management.
Education:
1. Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent.
