We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Business Assistant Intern
to support our daily operations and business initiatives. You will work closely with senior team members to assist in administrative tasks, project coordination, and communication across departments. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced business environment and build foundational skills for a future career in business management or administration.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and operational support to the business team
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes
Assist with document preparation, data entry, and filing
Conduct research and compile reports on business topics as assigned
Support internal communications and follow-up on project deliverables
Help coordinate company events, presentations, and logistics
Liaise with vendors, partners, and internal teams as needed
Maintain organized records and help ensure compliance with internal procedures
Requirements
Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good organizational and time-management abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace
A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
