Coordinate and arrange guest visits such as hotel bookings, restaurant bookings, scheduling and arranging appointments with clients/ consultants . Timely delivery, review and liaising with HQ on submission of reports . Monthly report on department expense calculation . Schedule meetings and Prepare the presentation slide for the department meeting . Coordinate with HQ and other regional offices on department matters . Prepare and circulate the documents for internal approvals including HQ approval . Support necessary contractual documents Requirements: . Fluent level Japanese (both in speaking and writing) to communicate with HQ and Japanese customers . Business level English to communicate with customers in APAC . Minimum total [3]-year working experience . Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite . Some admin or clerical experience . Experience in customer service would be an advantage . Good time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work . Attention to detail and accuracy . Confidentiality . Ability to work individually and as part of a team
